To ensure that this open access model supports rather than undermines the creators’ rights, we have established the following Terms of Service regarding intellectual property and copyright.
- Authorship Verification: We require that all contributors verify that they have the right to submit their work. Content submitted must not be subject to any existing confidentiality agreement that restricts publication.
- Open Access Policy: By publishing research on TechUsc, authors grant the publisher a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, distribute, and display the work.
- Peer Review Disclaimer: Content featured on TechUsc represents work in progress. It has not yet undergone full academic peer review and may contain preliminary data, errors, or revisions.
Please note that by submitting a manuscript, you warrant that you are the original author or have explicit permission from the copyright holder to post the material. We reserve the right to remove content that infringes on existing third-party rights or fails to meet our academic standards.
- Copyright Ownership: The copyright for any published research remains with the original author or their respective institution. TechUsc does not claim ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
- Research Integrity: We expect contributors to accurately represent their findings. Plagiarism, fabrication, or falsification of data will result in immediate removal of the content and a ban from future submissions.
- Third-Party Use: Readers are permitted to access, download, and share our articles for personal or educational use. Commercial use of the content without a separate licensing agreement is strictly prohibited.
